Terms of Service

These terms cover use of this portal. If your company has a signed service agreement with OnPoint Automation LLC, that agreement governs wherever the two differ.

Your account

Accounts are created by us at your company's request. Keep your password to yourself, don't share accounts, and tell us right away if you think yours has been compromised. You're responsible for what happens under your sign-in. We may suspend an account to protect the system or its data.

What this service is — and is not

This portal provides monitoring information: dashboards, reports, and alarm notifications built from data your company's field equipment sends over cellular networks. It is not a certified safety system, not an emergency service, and not a substitute for one. Sensors fail, cellular links drop, and third-party networks have outages — so we cannot and do not guarantee that any reading is accurate or that any alarm email or text will be delivered, or delivered in time. Do not rely on this portal as the only safeguard against spills, equipment damage, or any other loss. Safe operation of field sites remains the operator's responsibility.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to access data or accounts that aren't yours, probe or overload the system, or use automated scraping. Use the portal only for your company's legitimate operations.

Data

Your company owns its operational site data. We process and store it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the portal available around the clock and maintain it carefully, but availability is not warranted. Brief interruptions happen during maintenance and upgrades.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent Texas law allows, the portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and OnPoint Automation LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost production, environmental cleanup costs, or regulatory penalties — arising from use of, or inability to use, this service. Where your company has a signed service agreement, its liability terms control.

The legal details

These terms are governed by Texas law, with venue in Midland County, Texas. We may update these terms; material changes get a new effective date here and notice to your company's administrator. Questions: carlosromero@onpointautomation.net.
